Private rooms for rental for press
The area is exclusively for rental and available solely for accredited members of the Press who cover the event. In order to book, it is necessary to fill up the booking form and send it by fax to + 55 31 2129-9350. As the number of rooms are limited, the allocation of spaces will be exclusively determined on a first come, first serve basis. Organisations will only be able to rent more than one room only in case there are still rooms un-reserved by Wednesday, 22nd March.
The first four TV stations that confirm the booking of available rooms will be able to choose any one of four sets for live feed located at the Central Lounge Area, as indicated in the diagram showing the layout of the event.
Payment for the total cost of renting the rooms must be made in anticipation, at the very latest by Friday, 24th March, 2006.
Besides the private rooms for Media Organisations, accredited journalists will also be able to use the Main Press Room at the Expominas.
